Laura Yeager, RN, Founder and President, has been a licensed registered nurse since 1987. In 1995, after working as house supervisor and reviewing the quality of candidates that were submitted for positions, she branched into nursing support and implemented quality screening of nurse candidates to fill hospital positions. Implementing drug screens and background checks in addition to general screening practices became standard in 1996 for INS.

Betsey Hood RN, Executive Vice-President, has not only acute ICU hospital bedside experience, but has 10 years of INS experience. She has served in every capacity from travel nurse, recruiter, up to her current executive leadership level. Because she remains available as a constant contact for facilities, INS is able to promptly address any issues that arise.  

Lisa Solomon, Chief Financial Officer, has over seven years with INS and the nurse staffing industry. Her 25 years of experience in the financial and tax field have contributed to INS’ growth into twenty states. Her knowledge and commitment to excellence have enabled INS to maintain accuracy within the accounting department, integrate new technology to support customized payroll and provide prompt support for any questions.

Nicole Bambalere, INS’ Director of Credentialing, has worked in various realms of quality assurance over the past nine years. Nicole was the corporate recruiter for a nationally franchised chain of clinics and now focuses on medical caregiver staffing and specializes in credentialing and process management.
